1. Customers using a Business ID can no longer login. If you are an existing user with a Business ID (username contains tbxxxxx) or a new user then you will need to create a new Telstra ID and then contact cloudservicessupport@online.telstra.com.au or call us on 1800 620 345 (within Australia) to enable you to login here with your new Telstra ID.
2. All users will be presented with an additional login page after logging into this page, please enter your credentials again and complete two factor authentication to successfully login to this portal.

Contact your super administrator from your organisation to be added to an existing Cloud Gateway account. You may first need to register for a Telstra online account.

Step 1 - Have an existing Azure Active Directory service and an existing cloud account

Your company needs to have an existing Azure Active Directory service and an existing Telstra Cloud Services account.

Step 2 - Connect to an Azure Active Directory service

Your company's Telstra Cloud Services account must be connected to your Azure Active Directory service. You can do this via the Cloud Services Portal's 'users' section.

Step 3 - Add the work account

A super administrator must add your work account to your company's Azure Active Directory-connected Telstra Cloud Services account.

Step 4 - Consent to adding a work account

We'll send you an email. Select the email link to consent to being added to your company's cloud account.
